Born in Tacoma, Washington, Joel Odimba is a proud native of the Pacific Northwest. In 2013, Joel graduated from Gonzaga University, where he majored in criminal justice, and minored in obsessing over Gonzaga basketball. To date, he frequently says, “Go Zags” for absolutely no reason.
Joel obtained his Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law in 2016, and was admitted to practice law that same year. While in law school, Joel was an active member of the Black Law Student Association and the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity. Joel remains actively involved with his alma mater by judging moot court and alternative dispute resolution competitions.
After working at our firm as a Rule 9 legal intern for over a year, Joel became an associate shortly after his admission to the Washington State Bar Association. Joel’s practice includes family law, estate planning, and bankruptcy. Clients have commended Joel for his compassion, humor, professionalism, and attention to detail.
